The biggest release we have shipped. A new iPhone app, Feed, a coaching console that prints a real write-up, inspections that need two signatures, a Claude connection you can ask about your own wash, and the first wave of Spanish. Console by console, here is all of it.

WashConsole runs a remote MCP server. Add it as a custom connector on claude.com, or with one command in Claude Code, and ask what is broken, what is running low, and who is behind on training.
What's New in WashConsole: August 14, 2026
Safety is here: report an injury, a near miss, or a customer incident and follow it through to closed. LEARN now shows who holds which certificate, and a task or an inspection can require a valid one before anyone completes it. Worked hours go straight to Netchex, the Time Clock shows every punch behind a number, new hires set their own kiosk PIN at the tablet, and inspections can run hourly.

Our biggest update in a while, grouped by area. Sensors are now live for every account. Scheduling got a lot smarter: suggested shifts from last week, dollar bonuses to fill open shifts, availability right in the grid, pre-shift reminder emails, drag-and-drop editing, and a rebuilt employee Time Clock. Daily tasks gained an at-a-glance inspection history, a printable Task Lists report, and lists that react to the weather. And inventory and equipment got tunnel-order chemicals, days-remaining you can finally trust, and full zone history.
