Training (LEARN) is now part of every WashConsole account, backed by a manager dashboard that tells the truth. Plus a redesigned Work Orders experience, @-mentions that notify teammates, Bulk Add for To-Do lists, and one place to control every notification.

Another Big Week
Last week we polished Training, To-Do Lists, and Kiosk Mode. This week we went bigger. Training (LEARN) is now part of every WashConsole account — no toggle, no opt-in — and the manager side of it got a serious upgrade. We also redesigned Work Orders, brought @-mentions to work orders and complaints, and gave To-Do lists a Bulk Add that turns a pasted list into a day's worth of tasks in seconds. As always, most of this came straight from operator feedback, and it's rolling out across the web app now with the latest landing in the next mobile app update.
A few favorites
01
LEARN, for everyone.
Training is now a standard part of every account, right alongside your other consoles.
02
A training dashboard that tells the truth.
Expired certifications now show a "Renewal due" flag — never a false green check.
03
Work Orders, redesigned.
A clearer completed view, required resolution notes, and a cost summary that shows where the money went.
04
@-mention a teammate.
Tag anyone in a work order or complaint note and they're notified instantly.
05
Bulk Add for To-Do lists.
Paste a list, set each line's zone, location, and schedule, and create them all in one tap.
Training (LEARN)
Every account now has LEARN. Training is no longer an add-on you switch on — it's a standard part of WashConsole for every team, from your first course to full certification tracking.
The dashboard tells the truth. An expired certification used to hide behind a 100%-compliant green check. Now it surfaces as a clear "Renewal due" flag, and certifications expiring within 30 days are called out before they lapse.
"Not started" means not started. The manager dashboard now separates courses a learner hasn't opened from ones genuinely in progress — the same In Progress / To Do / Completed buckets your team sees in "My Training."
Follow the team member. Drill into any individual to see exactly where they stand across every course and certification.
Overdue training finds you. Managers get a digest of overdue training, and learners get a push notification the moment a course is assigned to them.
One editor, one save. Course editing is now two simple tabs — Details and Who gets this — so content and audience changes go out together in a single save.
Straight into onboarding. When you publish a course, WashConsole asks whether it belongs in your new-hire onboarding path, so new team members pick it up automatically.
Full lifecycle control. Withdraw or reopen a certification, restore an archived course to draft, and archived courses no longer clutter your training reports.
The manager training dashboard now splits Not started from In progress and flags expiring certifications with a pulsing Renewal due chip.
Work Orders & Maintenance Log
A clearer completed view. Closed work orders now have their own tidy home, so the active list stays focused on what still needs doing.
Every closure gets a resolution. Closing a work order now asks for a resolution note — six months from now you'll know exactly what fixed that hydraulic leak, not just that it closed.
See where the money went. A new cost summary breaks down parts and labor with at-a-glance cost bars, per work order and across your maintenance history.
Maintenance Log for the whole team (mobile). On the mobile app, the Maintenance Log is now open to everyone who works with work orders, with one shared search across both.
To-Do Lists
Bulk Add. Paste or type a list — one task per line — then set each line's zone, location, equipment, and schedule before creating them all at once. Building tomorrow's open checklist now takes seconds, not minutes.
@-mentions in notes. This one applies to Work Orders and Complaints too: type @ and a teammate's name in a note and they get notified — the same mention you already use in Chat, now where the operational conversations happen.
Bulk Add: paste a list on the left, and each line becomes its own task with zone, location, and schedule chips on the right.
More Improvements
One place for every notification. A new notification matrix in Settings lets you choose, event by event, whether you hear about it by email, by push on your phone, or both — plus how often digests arrive.
Share Daily Inspiration everywhere at once. Send the day's inspiration to multiple channels and people in one action, and if a send hiccups, WashConsole retries just the ones that missed.
A schedule you can read by role. The schedule's List view now groups shifts by role, so you can see your washers, your cashiers, and your leads at a glance.
Export your team roster. Managers and owners can export the team directory to CSV. Sensitive fields like compensation and manager notes stay out unless you explicitly include them, and they're only available to roles that can already see them.
Bug & Glitch Fixes
We also spent time tightening the details. A few you might notice:
Updates won't yank the page out from under you. When we ship a new version, your open tabs keep working and never hard-refresh while you're mid-task.
Chat jump-to is honest. Jumping to a very old message from search now tells you it needs loading instead of silently doing nothing.
Failed messages say so. On mobile, a WashBot message that fails to send now shows a clear error right in the thread.
Reactions stay put. An emoji reaction no longer flickers away for a moment while other chat activity syncs.
Mark-unread behaves on mobile. Marking a thread unread now works the same on the mobile app as on the web.
Plus dozens of smaller polish fixes across web and mobile, for an experience that feels a little steadier everywhere.
That's the latest. As always, these updates came from real operators telling us what would make their day run smoother, so keep the feedback coming.
