If you have 2 or more locations, the Portfolio Coach shows you the health of all sites at once.
What is the Portfolio Coach?
When you have multiple car wash sites, the AI Site Coach transforms into the Portfolio Coach.
Instead of seeing one site, you see all your sites on one screen.
What You'll See
Site Health Cards
Each location gets a card showing:
- Site name
- Health status (Healthy, Warning, or Critical)
- Key issues at that site
- Click to drill down
Portfolio Summary
At the top, you'll see:
- Total sites
- How many are healthy
- How many need attention
- Top priorities across ALL sites
Aggregated Headline
Something like: *"Downtown and Airport need attention; Eastside running smooth"*
Drilling Down
Click any site card to see the full AI Site Coach for that location.
A "Back to Portfolio" button appears so you can return to the overview.
How It Connects
Portfolio Coach ├── Site 1 Health → Click to see details ├── Site 2 Health → Click to see details ├── Site 3 Health → Click to see details └── Top Priorities → Combined from all sites
Who Sees This?
Only Managers with 2+ sites see the Portfolio Coach.
Single-site managers see the regular AI Site Coach.
Employees don't see either — they see their task list.
