Managing Multiple Locations

How to add more sites, switch between them, and see a summary of all your car washes.

Adding More Locations

If your subscription includes multiple sites:

  1. Contact us to add sites to your plan
  2. A setup wizard will appear to add your new location
  3. Fill in the name, address, and details

Switching Between Sites

Look at the top of the screen. You'll see a dropdown with your current location name.

Click it to switch to another site. All the data changes instantly — tasks, equipment, inventory, everything.

The Portfolio View

If you have 2 or more sites, the AI Site Coach becomes the Portfolio Coach.

Instead of seeing one site's health, you see:

  • A summary of all sites
  • Which sites need attention
  • Which sites are running smoothly
  • Top priorities across all locations

Click any site card to drill down into that location's details.

Team Across Sites

Each team member is assigned to one site. But managers can see all sites.

To move an employee to a different site:

  1. Go to Directory and select the People tab
  2. Click on the employee
  3. Change their Location dropdown
  4. Save

How It Connects

Your Account

  │     ├── Inventory (specific to this site)
  │     └── Team Members (assigned here)
  └── Site 2 (Airport)
        ├── Equipment (different from Site 1)
        ├── Inventory (different from Site 1)

Each site is completely separate. Nothing is shared between sites.
