Managing Multiple Locations

Adding More Locations

1. An owner opens Settings and chooses Manage Subscription to set the number of sites. Online plan changes go up to 12 sites; for more, or to add a different type of site, email contact@washconsole.com and we'll change the plan for you
2. A setup wizard will appear to add your new location
3. Fill in the name, address, and details

Switching Between Sites

Look at the top of the screen. You'll see a dropdown with your current location name.

Click it to switch to another site. All the data changes instantly: tasks, equipment, inventory, everything.

The Portfolio View

If you have 2 or more sites, the AI Site Coach becomes the Portfolio Coach.

Instead of seeing one site's health, you see:

• A summary of all sites
• Which sites need attention
• Which sites are running smoothly
• Top priorities across all locations

Click any site card to drill down into that location's details.

Team Across Sites

Owners see every site. Managers and everyone else see the sites they are assigned to. Most people work at one site; someone who floats between locations can be given access to several, with one primary site (see Multi-Site Employee Assignments).

To move an employee to a different site:

1. Go to Directory and select the People tab
2. Click on the employee
3. Change their Location dropdown
4. Save

Each site keeps its own equipment, inventory, chemicals, tasks and schedule. To give another site the same routine, copy the checklist or inspection to it (Copy to other sites on a list, Copy tasks to sites in Edit tasks, or an inspection's menu). A copy only adds what that site is missing.
