What is the AI Site Coach?

It's like having a smart assistant that reads through all your data and tells you what's important today.

Every time you open the AI Coach, it checks:

• Overdue tasks
• Equipment that's down
• Low inventory items
• Unresolved complaints
• Gauge readings out of range
• Staffing status

Then it gives you a simple summary in plain English.

How to Use It

1. Click AI Site Coach in the sidebar
2. Wait a few seconds while the AI analyzes your data
3. Read your personalized briefing

What You'll See

AI Summary

At the top, a short summary highlighting only the most important items — the AI picks the top issues so you don't have to read everything.

The summary is color-coded:

• Green — All Clear
• Yellow — Attention Needed
• Red — Action Required

KPI Sections (All Stacked)

Below the summary, every area of your operation is shown at a glance — all on one page, stacked vertically:

• To-Do — Completion %, Overdue count
• Work Orders — Assign & Start, In Progress, Awaiting Materials, Avg Fix Time
• Complaints — Open, In Progress, Resolved, Avg Resolution Time
• Reviews — Current Rating, New Reviews
• Gauges — Out of Range, Not Checked
• Equipment — Offline, Maintenance, Total Downtime
• Orders — Pending, Urgent
• Chemicals — Low Inventory, Excessive Inventory
• Time Clock — Worked Today

Each section has a status dot (green/yellow/red) and a "View" link to jump directly to that feature.
