Claude Superpowers

Let an owner's or manager's Claude add to-do lists, inspections and inventory items, with every change emailed to the owners.

What Superpowers Are

By default, a Claude connection is read-only. Superpowers let one owner's or manager's Claude make a few kinds of changes:

  • Draft and add to-do lists and inspections
  • Add one-off to-dos to today's list at one site
  • Add inventory items from order history you share with it, and undo that import within 24 hours

Changes need two things: Superpowers, given by an owner, and a connection approved with Let Claude make changes ticked.

Who Can Give Them

Owners only. In Directory, press Superpowers on an owner's or manager's card, then Give Superpowers. An owner can give them to themselves. On iPhone, long-press the person in Directory and choose Superpowers.

Managers can see who has Superpowers, but can't give them. Site leads, technicians and employees can't hold them.

If there's no Superpowers button in Directory, they aren't available for your account yet.

Connect With Changes Allowed

After an owner gives you Superpowers, connect WashConsole in Claude again, from Claude's side. The approval screen shows Let Claude make changes. Leave it ticked and approve.

A connection made before you had Superpowers stays read-only until you reconnect.

Claude Asks First

Before it changes anything, Claude shows you a preview: what it will add, the site, and for a list or inspection the first day it's due. It acts only when you say yes. If you can change more than one site and didn't say which, it asks.

Lists and inspections it drafts appear in the app's drafts as Drafted in Claude by your name. Anyone who manages drafts can edit or delete them there.

What It Never Does

  • Edit or delete anything it didn't make
  • Assign people
  • See or touch pay, time clock punches, time off or schedules
  • Put links, phone numbers or email addresses in to-dos, lists or inspections

Every Change Is Emailed

Every owner, and the person whose Claude made the change, gets an email about every change, gathered into one summary for each 10 minutes of activity. These emails can't be turned off.

Owners are also emailed when Superpowers are given, turned off, renewed or end, and when someone connects Claude with changes allowed.

On the web, Settings → Changes made by Claude lists every change for a year. Owners see everyone's; a manager sees their own. An import from the last 24 hours has Undo import.

Limits and Expiry

  • More than 30 changes in 10 minutes pauses that person's Superpowers and emails the owners. An owner turns them back on in Directory.
  • Each account has daily limits, such as 200 one-off to-dos and 2,000 inventory items.
  • Superpowers last 90 days. Owners get reminders 14 and 3 days before. Renew for 90 days in Directory keeps the connection.

Turning Them Off

An owner presses Turn off Superpowers in Directory. Claude stops making changes at once, anything it already added stays, and the connection keeps answering questions.

Superpowers also end on their own when the person stops being an owner or manager, leaves the team, or moves to another account.

When to Reconnect Claude

  • After Superpowers are turned off and on again
  • After a pause
  • After they expire and are given again

Renewing never needs a reconnect.
