Gauge Readings

Track important measurements like water pressure, TDS levels, and chemical concentrations.

What Are Gauges?

Gauges track important readings at your car wash:

  • Water pressure (PSI)
  • TDS levels (total dissolved solids)
  • Chemical concentrations
  • Temperatures
  • Any measurement you want to track

Adding a Gauge

  1. Go to Gauges in the sidebar
  2. Click Add Gauge
  3. Fill in:

- Name — What you're measuring

- System/Machine — Group (e.g., "Water System", "Air System")

- Target — Expected value

- Unit — PSI, TDS, %, °F, etc.

- Tolerance — How much variance is OK (e.g., 10%)

Organizing by System

Gauges are grouped by system for easy daily checks:

Water System
  ├── Inlet Pressure: 85 PSI ✓
  ├── RO Pressure: 120 PSI ✓
  └── TDS Level: 12 ppm ✓

Air System
  ├── Main Compressor: 145 PSI ✓
  └── Dryer Outlet: 110 PSI ✓

Renaming Systems

Need to rename a system group? Click the pencil icon next to the group header:

  1. Click the ✏️ next to "Water System"
  2. Type the new name
  3. All gauges in that system are updated

Reading Status Colors

Based on your target and tolerance:

  • Green — Reading is within tolerance ✓
  • Yellow — Reading is borderline ⚠️
  • Red — Reading is out of range! ❌

Updating Readings

  1. Click on a gauge
