My Console (Your Assignments)

See everything assigned to you in one place: tasks, work orders, and issues.

What is My Console?

My Console is your personal dashboard. It shows everything that's assigned to YOU:

  • To-Do tasks you need to complete
  • Work orders you're responsible for
  • Site issues assigned to you

Instead of hunting through different screens, everything is in one place.

How to Access It

Click My Console in the sidebar. It's usually at the top of the navigation.

What You'll See

Summary Card

At the top, you see a count of total items assigned to you.

Three Sections

1. To-Do Tasks

  • Tasks assigned specifically to you
  • Includes both recurring and one-time tasks
  • Sorted by priority and due time

2. Work Orders

  • Work orders where you're the assignee
  • Shows status (open, in progress, pending parts)
  • Excludes completed/approved/cancelled

3. Site Issues

  • Issues assigned to you for resolution
  • Shows status and category
  • Quick access to submit proof

Taking Action

From My Console, you can:

  • Complete a task — Tap to mark done
  • Update a work order — Change status, add notes
  • Submit proof for an issue — Upload photo or note

Who Sees What

How It Connects

Manager assigns work order to you
  ↓
Appears in YOUR My Console
  ↓
You work on it, update status
  ↓
When complete, submit for approval
  ↓
Disappears from your console

Tip

Check My Console first thing when you start your shift. It tells you exactly what YOU need to do today.
