Email Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive and how often. Set preferences for equipment alerts, complaints, and more.

What Notifications Are Available?

WashConsole can send email notifications for important events:

Setting Your Preferences

  1. Go to Directory > History tab
  2. Find Email Preferences
  3. For each notification type, choose:

- Realtime — Get notified immediately

- Daily — Bundled into daily digest

- Weekly — Weekly summary only

- Off — Don't notify me

Per-User Settings

Each user controls their own notification preferences. Managers can't force notifications on employees.

How It Connects

Equipment goes offline
  ↓
System checks who has "Equipment Offline" = Realtime
  ↓
Those people get immediate email
  ↓
Others with "Daily" get it in tomorrow's digest
  ↓
People with "Off" don't get notified

Tip

Start with Realtime for critical alerts (equipment, complaints). You can always dial back if you get too many emails.
