- Go to To-Do in the sidebar
- Click Add Task for each item
- Set the appropriate shift (Opening, During Day, Closing)
- Choose the frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Toggle Photo Required if noted above
- Add the description as Instructions
